• Rokto is a community-driven platform that connects blood donors with recipients in need.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information while creating your profile or responding to donation requests.
• You are solely responsible for the information you share and your interactions with others through the app.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the app to:

• Post or share false, misleading, or harmful information.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another user.
• Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws.
• Disrupt the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its data.

3. User Content

• Any information or content you share through the app remains yours, but by posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it within the app as necessary to provide our services.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

5. Donor and Recipient Responsibility

• Rokto facilitates connections; we do not verify or guarantee the identity, health, or availability of donors or recipients.
• All blood donations must follow the guidelines and protocols of local health authorities and hospitals.
• Users are encouraged to take necessary safety precautions when meeting in person.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Rokto is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not responsible for any harm, injury, or loss resulting from your use of the app or interactions with other users.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you via the app or by other means. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
